A Note From Janet
As my daughter Sarah says "All Olivia, all the time". I seem to have become consumed with my new granddaughter – Olivia. She was here for Christmas and I had the best time getting ready for her arrival. Now I am sure you can appreciate that a 10 week old baby won't remember her first Christmas with Gran but believe you me that didn't stop me for a minute! We had a great time and it was more fun that I can remember.
But now we are back to the real world and really it isn't so bad. We can stitch to our hearts content. Why not join us at Motivational Monday or one of our Wilts if your plans include finishing up one or two of those "almost done" projects.
Lots of great things continue to unfold here at the Shop. We are already excited about the arrival of Terry Atkinson of Yellow Brick Road fame. She will be joining us in May for a series of classes, a dinner and trunk show. Watch for more particulars.
The new Saturday Sampler promises to be another fabulous quilt. As well, check out the new clubs that we are introducing in the coming season. They include the Kansas Trouble Stash Society, our second Wednesday of the month (On Point), and our ever popular Thimbleberries Club. Take A Stand bears checking out. Mrs. Morberg's Monday continues on the first Monday of the month unless that is a holiday and then it is the first Tuesday of the month.
Stop by the Shop on Saturday, January 24 and see our presentation of new classes, clubs and events. Bring something for Show & Tell.
Of all the things you wear, remember, your expression is the most important.
